Create a beautiful and immersive experience for your next event! Our flower bars are perfect for celebrations and parties, bridal or baby showers, team building, and appreciation events. We offer customization options, delivery and set up, staffing, or DIY options. 

15 person minimum, starts at $35 per person for the first 15 people 

Includes display, flowers, wrapping materials, delivery, set up, and staffing for one hour. Additional guests? Pricing starts at $21 per person.

FAQ: I am hosting a small brodal shower, how much would a flower bar cost? 

...a fully staffed flower bar for 15 people creating a small, 3-5 stem bouquet in Western Mass would start at $525. A la cart and DIY options are available. See pricing below. 

Build a Bouquet pricing starts at $21 per person with a 10 person minimum,
includes flowers and paper wrap with twine or ribbon. Bud vase options are also available. 

Flowers are delivered in buckets. 

Display and/or flower racks available for an additional fee. See pricing below. 

Flower racks and displays available for additional rental fees:

o white flower rack and buckets $100

o black flower rack and buckets $100

o glass and acrylic vases available, priced separately starting at $3 each

Delivery and set up fees apply and are based on distance from Westfield, MA,
starting at $25 each way/within 30 miles of Westfield. 

Staffing starts at $50/hr. Number of staff will be determined by event size. Blooms staff provides assistance assembling and wrapping the bouquets for guests.

greater Boston +$300 

greater Hartford +$75

We require a 50% deposit to book the date and the balance is due 30 days prior. Booking within 30 days? Full payment is due.

Blooms Flower Truck is also available for private events and pop ups ! This is ideal for an outdoor space, and we bring a flower truck tricked out with a beautiful display of gorgeous seasonal flowers. It's like a food truck, but with flowers! 

$150 for the first hour (within 30 miles of Westfield)
$75 for each additional hour. Travel fees apply beyond a 30-mile radius (see above for estimate)

Minimum retail sales may apply, buyouts available.

We also offer on site interactive workshops. Bigger bud vases start at $25 per person (15 person minimum), small arrangements start at $45 ( 8 person minimum) and our classic Blooms arrangement starts at $65 (8 person minimum) . We provide flowers, tools and vases, and a box for easy transport.  Travel fee applies 30 miles outside of Westfield, Mass (See above for estimates).
