Blooms strives to provide high quality florals, stellar customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please help us create the best experience for you:
- All sales are final.
- Blooms guarantees quality, and most of our customers enjoy their flowers for over a week. However, we cannot be responsible for your flowers after they are delivered. Please follow our care tips that are provided with each delivery. Please note, flowers do not like extreme heat or exposure to direct sunlight. Keep the vase water clean.
- Flowers may be substituted and photos are shown for overall size, variety, price range.
- Provide recipient's contact information to help us schedule deliveries.
- We will attempt a delivery once and leave the flowers outside if weather permits. Otherwise, the order will be left with a friendly neighbor or brought back to Blooms and recipient will be notified that pick up is available. .
- Wine deliveries will only be made if the recipient is home and provides valid, 21+ ID.
- To book a wedding or other large event, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due 30 days prior to event. If the event is within 30 days of booking full payment is required.
- Please do not reproduce our photos unless you credit Blooms Flower Truck & Studio.
